The video shows repeated stationary lunges on 1 leg and then a switch. There are many variations. A common variation is Alternate Lunges where you could do a single lunge with 1 leg and then switch to the other leg.
Hold a pair of 4KG dumb bells and place them by your sides. Ensure elbows locked
Stand at shoulder width apart. Keep your arms straight at all times
Engage core to keep your spine neutral at all times
Step out one leg and lunge low a 90 degree bend, with your back knee almost touching the ground
Keep your arms steady and elbows locked by your sides for a full range of motion
Breathe out as you come up
Remember to inhale on your way down and exhale on your way up
10 – 12 Repetitions @ 3 Sets
